Anything digital — eBooks, for instance — is delivered by instant download. Nothing is shipped and no shipping charge applies.
Return postage is paid by you, and shipping charges are not refundable. Where a refund is issued, whatever the return shipping cost is comes off the amount refunded.
For anything worth more than $75, use a carrier service with tracking or take out shipping insurance before you send it. A returned parcel that never reaches us is not something we can guarantee receipt of, and tracking is what protects you.
