Stopping an order, sending one back, and how the money comes home.
Any order can be stopped right up to the day it ships — use the cancel form and that is the whole process. A Subscribe & Save repeat can be stopped the same way, whenever you like. Once a parcel has gone out, cancellation no longer applies and the return rules below take over.
The window is 30 days from the day the order reaches you. Every item qualifies regardless of condition, whether it is sealed or opened, untouched or used. Have your receipt or another proof of purchase ready, since we need one to process the return. Send the item to us and not to whoever manufactured it.
Postage for the return is at your expense, shipping charges cannot be refunded, and the cost of return shipping is taken off whatever refund you are due.
We inspect what comes back and email you to confirm it landed, along with our decision on the refund. Approved refunds go to the payment method you originally used.
Banks vary; up to 7 days is normal before the credit shows on an account. Check with your card company and with your bank first. Still nothing? Write to [email protected] and we will chase it.
Replacements are for defects and damage only. To swap an item for an identical one, email [email protected].
Was the item flagged as a gift at purchase and sent straight to you? Then the value of the return comes back to you as gift credit. If it was not flagged as a gift, the refund goes to whoever bought it.
Reduced-price items are excluded. Refunds cover regular-priced items only.
